1.       The Federal Skilled Worker Program

This is an economic immigration plan designed for people with skilled work experience. In order to qualify for this, candidates must:

-          Have enough money to be able to support themselves and their dependents, unless such have gotten a valid job offer and have obtain Canadian work permit and is ready to start work immediately.

-          Possess at least a Canadian high school diploma or must have an educational credential assessment (ECA) report from a recognized organization to prove that foreign education received by the candidate is according to Canadian educational standards

-          Candidates must have met the required minimum score or level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 and have results of an approved language test

-          Have at least 1 year continuous full time and paid work experience in any skilled occupation classified under the National Occupation Classification, skill type 0, A or B.

2.       The Canadian Experience Class is another immigration option for people with skills and professional work experience in Canada. For anyone to be eligible they must:

-          Have at least 1 year full time skilled work experience within Canada in an occupation classified under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Skill level A, or B and this must be within 3 years prior to when Canadian visa application from UAE was submitted

-          Have gotten work experience in Canada with the proper authorization.

-          Have satisfied all the language requirements needed to work in Canada.

3.       The Federal Skilled Trades Program is another option for people who have got skilled experience in manual jobs. In order for a candidate to be eligible a Dubai Canada visa under this category, such must:

-          Satisfy all the minimum language requirements

-          Possess at least 2 years full time work experience in a recognized skilled trade within the last 5 years before application

-          Meet all the requirements of the trade as is stipulated by the National Occupational Classification (NOC)

-          Have secured an offer of full time employment for a period of at least one year or possess a certificate of qualification in the chosen skilled trade, issued by the Canadian Provincial or territorial authority.

All candidates who must apply for any of the above three Federal Immigration Programs must submit a profile to the Express Entry System. This profile will include test scores, educational credential assessment and all information about work experience. The profile information will be used to award points. The highest scoring candidates have higher opportunities of being invited to apply for permanent residency.

Family Sponsorship

All permanent residents or Citizens of Canada who are at least 18 years of age can sponsor their relatives to come to Canada under the Family Class visa. Such family members can be either spouse, conjugal or common law partner, dependent child which includes adopted children and other relatives.
