How to Qualify for a New Zealand Visa

All who must qualify for a New Zealand Visa under the Skilled Migrant Category must meet certain stipulated requirements. You are welcome to include your partner or your children in your application but everyone must meet the set standards or the application may be rejected and visa denied.

Health

All applicants and dependents must be in good health condition. A health evaluation will have to carried out on your, your partner and children by an approved doctor before a visa can be granted. Approval of visa will be denied for people that

-          Require dialysis treatment

-          are suffering from Tuberculosis (TB)

-          have severe haemophilia

-          have intellectual, physical, cognitive or sensory incapacity which may require a full time care

If you or any of your dependents have any ailment that you are not sure of, you can consult with New Zealand immigration consultant in Dubai for evaluation and advice on how to proceed or what to expect.

Character

People with character issues such as past criminal records will not be granted visa. You and your family must be in good character standing. However, those who have records but have since changed their ways of life can get a chance if they have good legal visa consultants in Dubai.

English Language

You and your dependents must have a certain degree of proficiency in spoken and written English. The principal applicant must have an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) certificate with a score of at least 6.5 in General or Academic modules. This certificate must not be less than 2 years old to be considered valid. Your New Zealand immigration agents in Dubai will be able to guide you on how to obtain a valid certificate.

Occupational Registration

All those who do not have occupational registration and have need of such will not be allowed to work in their chosen occupation under the Skilled Migrant Category.  An applicant will only be qualified for job offers listed in the Skilled Migrant Category if only it can be proven that:

-          the applicant has been granted provisional registration by the relevant and appropriate New Zealand occupational registration authority; or

-          you are a medical professional or a dental professional with a written confirmation from the New Zealand Medical or Dental Council that you have obtained full provisional registration which is subject only to attending an interview personally with a council representative within one month of arrival in New Zealand.

SYNC VISAS

Dubai New Zealand Immigration is easy with the right consultants. As a matter of fact, approval or rejection of your application for visa may be dependent on the choice of New Zealand immigration Dubai consultants that you chose as well as your skills and other qualifications.
